Job Title
: Operations Admin Support/Warehouse Packer
Department: Warehouse/Admin
Hours: Monday – Friday approx. 6am – 2:30pm

This position will work 20 hours in the warehouse and 20 hours doing admin work.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Performs transfers of products and/or merchandise to and from the warehouse
  • Processes requests for supplies, prepares merchandise for delivery, and prepares packages for shipping according to established procedures
  • Perform physical inventory as needed
  • Performs the job safely while adhering to company safety standards.
  • Picks product to company standards for all Breakroom Services
  • Answer all incoming call in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor Customer Care Email
  • Record all Service calls in Software system
  • Distribute all service call to appropriate area Service Tech.
  • Record all follow up notes on service calls
  • Process all outgoing mail.
  • Receive all incoming mail, sort and distribute.
  • Process all Office Coffee/Billing orders
  • Enter receipts from warehouse into software system.
  • Enter transfers from warehouse into software system.
  • Process all incoming money from Vending and Markets
  • Prepare daily deposit to bank
  • Other General office duties
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or equivalency is required. Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills including QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

Mental and Physical Demands: The mental and physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Frequent bending or reaching for objects overhead – may require use of step stool, ladder, or cleaning equipment.
