What You'll Do:
The Parts Warehouse Person plays a pivotal part in our operations by preparing and fulfilling warehouse orders in accordance with set schedules. Your responsibilities will include processing supply orders, pulling materials, and organizing orders in the delivery area. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing invoices for parts orders and collaborating with drivers to coordinate efficient routes based on filled orders. As a Parts Warehouse person, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards for audits through meticulous inventory controls, including performing physical counts and reconciling stock counts with computer-generated reports. Your duties will extend to receiving, unpacking, and delivering goods, as well as restocking items as necessary. Adhering to established procedures, you will process and document returns, monitor and maintain inventory levels, and process purchasing orders as required. A commitment to a safe and clean work environment is essential, involving routine housekeeping tasks to ensure organized and neat shelves and workstations. Job Duties:
  • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders
  • Pulls materials and parts and places orders in delivery area
  • Prepares invoices for parts orders
  • Interacts with drivers
  • Organize drivers' routes according to filled orders
  • Processes all invoices received from drivers
  • Performs physical count of inventory
  • Reconciles actual stock count to computer generated reports
  • Receives, unpacks and delivers goods
  • Re-stocks items as necessary
  • Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures
  • Monitors and maintains current inventory level
  • Processes purchasing orders as required
  • Performs routine housekeeping tasks to maintain area clean
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and work stations organized and neat
  • Maintains clean shipping supply area
  • Complies with procedures, rules and regulations

Physical Requirements:
