Shipping & Receiving Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team! This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments who enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the shipping and receiving of products, materials, and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks and deliveries in a safe and timely manner
  • Scan, track, and update shipments using RF scanners and inventory systems
  • Sort, stock, and organize incoming inventory
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and daily logs
  • Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe (5S standards)
  • Provide support across shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 6+ months of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or retail experience preferred
  • Experience with RF scanners or inventory systems is a plus
  • Forklift experience preferred (certification required within 90 days)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
