Job Summary

**Incumbent can work in either the Omaha, NE or Fargo, ND office**

We are seeking aย Strategic Marketing Managerย responsibleย for developing and executing strategic marketing plans forย our insurance businessย unit. The role involvesย developing a deep understanding of the target market, creating marketing strategies and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products and services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.ย 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the optimal segment marketing strategy and campaigns for various business units.
  • Develop new customer and/or retention targets to measure program effectiveness.
  • Facilitate marketing planning sessions with key business stakeholders, and build consensus around go to market plans and budgets.
  • Continuously communicate market opportunities and campaign progress.
  • Track and analyze program performance through the development of KPIs and dashboards.
  • Conduct market research to gain a deep understanding of needs, behaviors and preferences.
  • Work with agency of record and inhouse creative to create compelling marketing content and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
  • Develop and execute campaigns across a variety of sales and marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape and industry best practices.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
Years of Experience
  • 10 + years of experience in marketing, preferably in a brand marketing role.
  • Agriculture marketing and crop insurance knowledge preferred.
