Position Overview

The District Manager will oversee eight tobacco/cigar stores in Southwest Pennsylvania, with a primary focus on building and leading high-performing teams. Your team will include 8 Store Managers and 25-30 Customer Service Associates. This role requires a strong people leader who can recruit, develop, and inspire Store Managers while ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership (Top Priority)

  • Serve as a mentor and coach to Store Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent, ensuring succession planning and career growth opportunities.
  • Build a positive work environment that motivates teams and drives engagement.

Operations & Strategy

  • Develop and implement district operational plans aligned with company goals.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively and monitor store performance.
  • Ensure all stores adhere to operational policies and procedures.
  • Enforce adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support loss prevention efforts and maintain security protocols.

Financial Management

  • Manage regional budgets, payroll, and expenses to maintain profitability.

Sales & Marketing
