At European Wax Center (EWC), we help guests feel confident in their own skin-and that starts with strong leadership. We're looking for a results-driven Center Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and build a high-performing team delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do
  • Drive sales across services, wax passes, and retail

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team

  • Manage daily operations (scheduling, payroll, inventory, compliance)

  • Track KPIs and use data to drive results

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience

  • Resolve guest issues

  • Foster a strong, motivated team culture

  • Ensure brand, safety, and sanitation standards are met

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of management experience (retail, spa, fitness, or hospitality preferred)
