Position Summary

The Center Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retail center by leading the team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with customers, developing employees, solving problems, and taking ownership of the store's daily performance. The Center Manager is expected to lead by example, maintain high operational standards, and create a positive, customer-focused culture.

The ideal candidate is an experienced retail leader with excellent communication skills, strong business judgment, and the ability to motivate a team while ensuring the store operates efficiently and profitably.


Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop store associates.

  • Oversee print production workflow and quality control.
  • Coordinate with other store managers when operational support is needed.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily sales and operating performance.
  • Control labor and operating expenses within established budgets.
  • Review employee time records for payroll processing.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for ownership.
  • Recommend operational improvements that increase efficiency and profitability.
