Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a Care Coordinator/Social Services role at a Level II teaching hospital, requiring a PA or compact RN license and at least 1 year of experience.

Details
  • Acute care hospital setting with 261 staffed beds
  • Level II teaching hospital
  • Case Management/Care Coordinator role within Social Services
  • Patient caseload of 15–20 patients
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
  • Weekends are not required but may be worked optionally
  • No on-call requirements
  • Charting performed in Epic
Requirements
  • Active PA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand (pending license not accepted)
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of RN Case Management experience required
  • First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
Additional Information
  • Wine-colored scrubs are the dress code, though scrubs are not mandatory
  • Candidates who have previously worked at any Main Line Health location should disclose the location(s) and dates of employment
  • Time off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
  • RTO is subject to manager's discretion
