Pay: $2,546.40 weekly
Shifts: M-F 8-5
Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Case Management for a travel assignment in the Colorado Springs/Woodland Park area. This contract role offers the opportunity to conduct assessments, coordinate care, and collaborate with healthcare providers within a dynamic hospice care environment, without on-call requirements.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Case Management - Travel
  • Perform PRN/focused assessments of high risk members
