Earn an average of $24-$32+ per hour with guaranteed pay, tips, and bonuses while leading a talented team and growing your leadership skills. You'll receive industry-leading, hands-on training from a franchise owned by licensed cosmetologists with over 30 years of experience. PTO starts on day one, and full-time team members are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance. A current Cosmetology or Barber License is required, along with evening and weekends.

To join a Great Clips salon team as an Assistant Salon Manager, you'll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
