The Director of Operations is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations that keep this campus running safely and efficiently. The role reports to the COO and oversees four core services: meal services, transportation, facilities, and data.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Educational Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
  • Several years of operations, facilities, or program management in a school or multi‑location environment
  • Strong vendor management skills and a proven ability to partner closely with school leaders
  • PowerSchool experience strongly preferred
  • Certifications in ServSafe, facilities management, CAPM/PMP, or state child nutrition/school operations
Compensation & Schedule

Salaried position – schedule allows for $70‑110KK+ depending on degree, certifications, and years of experience. Higher for master’s or doctoral degrees.
