Basic Function
As part of the Capital Markets team, the Associate/Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the successful and timely execution of financing for the company. The role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of transactions, including project finance debt, non-recourse bonds, corporate debt. The level of this position can be flexible depending on experience level. As part of collaborative deal teams, the Associate/Senior Manager will focus on work streams such as modeling and analysis, due diligence by capital providers, deal documentation, and external relationship management. This role offers a rich learning opportunity and has the scope to take on more responsibility over time, with the vision that the person ultimately leads financings. We are seeking a team player who is proactive, solving issues and identifying opportunities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely across the company, help to improve company processes, and contribute to our positive culture.
Responsibilities
  • Support capital formation as part of deal teams, including financial modeling and analytic tasks, leading and supporting processes around due diligence, and supporting negotiation of transaction documentation.
  • Overcome issues and help drive execution for financial close.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships externally and across the company.
  • Collaborate to support fundings.
  • Collaborate closely with functional teams across the company, including M&A, FP&A, project development, procurement, construction, and operations, on a variety of work streams originating in both Capital Markets and other functional teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of company processes.
  • Be part of our open and positive culture.
  • Maintain uncompromising business ethics.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 3-10+ years of experience working at a leading sponsor, investor/lender, or advisor in data centers/power/infrastructure/real estate with direct capital markets experience (project finance, leveraged finance, project bonds, CMBS).
  • Data center experience in an analytically rigorous environment strongly preferred. Real estate investment banking or commercial real estate lending/investing experience is a plus.
  • Transaction experience required; project finance debt experience preferred.
  • Expert in MS Excel. VBA knowledge a plus.
  • Ownership mentality; comfort with communicating ideas and taking initiative.
  • Self-motivated to do high quality work.
  • Avid learner.

Location: Headquarters in Redwood City, CA (San Francisco Bay Area), or hybrid in San Diego, CA, or Denver, CO or New York Area required.
Base Pay - $110,000 - 165,000
The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks-while ensuring internal parity across our teams. In addition to competitive base pay, total compensation may include a discretionary annual bonus and a market leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
