Job Description:

Reside Rentals is growing! We're seeking a part-time Property Management Showing Agent who will specialize in the areas of showing rental properties to potential residents, answering questions about our available properties, encouraging prospective residents to apply and lease one of our properties, and assisting residents with the move in process. As a rapidly growing property management company in Cache Valley, Reside Rentals strives to deliver outstanding management services to our clients, while providing a fun, innovative environment for our employees.

The successful candidate will work closely with our property management team. This position interacts with multiple different departments, the general public, and incoming residents. The majority of the hours worked will be spent at our various managed properties throughout Cache Valley. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Showing rental properties to prospective tenants

  • Promoting our available properties and generating qualified applicants
  • Assessing condition and rentability factors of our current rental listings

  • Conducting move-in inspections and assisting new residents with their move in

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work at least 20 hours per week
  • Comfortability with computers and smart phones, including ability to quickly learn new programs and apps
  • Ability to think independently and work effectively, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative on the job
  • Ability to learn and understand lease terms and contracts
  • Consistency in arriving on time to work and scheduled appointments
  • Spanish speaking a definite plus, but not required
