Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, taking into account their personal histories and presenting symptoms.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the needs and goals of each client, using evidence-based methodologies and practices.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing foundational approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.
• Educate and support clients’ families, fostering their involvement in the treatment process to facilitate a robust support system.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with all ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring that clients' rights and privacy are protected.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or Doctor of Psychology.

• Demonstrated specialized training or substantial experience in mental health counseling techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in community health settings, particularly with underrepresented populations.
• Background in group facilitation and the use of innovative therapeutic techniques.
• Knowledge of teletherapy best practices and comfort with digital health tools.
