Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement customized therapeutic interventions to address specific challenges and personal objectives of clients.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing and resilience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate holistic care, ensuring that clients receive well-rounded support throughout their recovery.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and empower them to actively participate in the treatment and recovery processes.
• Keep detailed and accurate client records, adhering to all ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license in one of the following: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology.

• Proficient understanding of evidence-based practices for a variety of mental health conditions.
• Strong therapeutic skills that foster rapport and motivate clients towards positive change.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in community mental health settings, particularly in a remote or telehealth environment.

• A competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, contingent on experience and qualifications.
