• Conduct comprehensive assessments and make accurate diagnoses to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses, ensuring a thorough understanding of individual circumstances.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that focus on clients’ unique challenges, using a variety of therapeutic modalities to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using recognized evidence-based techniques that are adapted to the specific needs of clients.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create a comprehensive care strategy that ensures all aspects of a client’s health are addressed.
• Engage and educate clients’ families, offering support and guidance to enhance their understanding of the treatment process and foster active involvement in their loved one's recovery journey.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise through specialized training or substantial experience in mental health counseling.
• A strong grasp of evidence-based practices tailored for various mental health disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that foster rapport with clients, promoting their motivation and engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Exceptional communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork and collaboration with other healthcare professionals within our clinic.

• Clinical experience in a community health setting, particularly with diverse populations and a range of mental health issues.
• Proficiency in integrating technology into therapy practices, including telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Experience in providing training or mentorship to junior staff or interns in therapeutic techniques.

• Competitive annual salary ranging between $90,000 and $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
