Job Title- ServiceNow Business Process Consultant - Human Resources

Project Location – 2 days onsite in a week in New Brunswick, New Jersey (local)

Duration- 6+ months contract

Visa- USC/ GC

ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC)

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to partner with business teams across HR, Audit, Workplace, Procurement, and Global Security. This is a business‑facing role responsible for translating complex operational needs into scalable, user‑centric ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and transformation opportunities across HR, Audit, Workplace, Procurement, and Global Security.
  • Design and recommend optimized business workflows aligned to ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and technical delivery groups.
  • Drive requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution validation activities.
  • Ensure processes are standardized, compliant, and aligned with organizational governance models.
  • Support platform adoption through change enablement, training, and communication.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong domain expertise in HR, Audit, Workplace, Procurement, or Global Security.
  • Deep understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and workflow optimization.
  • Proven experience in business consulting, process design, or ServiceNow functional roles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills—must be able to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and articulate clear, actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, Procurement Operations, GRC/Audit, Workplace Service Delivery, or Security Operations.
  • Certifications in ServiceNow or business process/lean methodologies (nice to have).
