Location - Thisis a hybrid role, which means that you will have the flexibility to work bothonsite and at a distance. You will collaborate onsite at our La Farge, WI office for 4-8 days per month, and therest of the time you can choose to work remotely or onsite.

Summary of Role 
The Business Process Manager leads the execution and ongoing management of the enterprise business process program, ensuring that process governance, standards, and continuous improvement efforts are effectively implemented across the organization. This role leads actionable process initiatives, driving consistency, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes across key value streams.  
The position serves as a central connector enabling alignment of processes with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, TPM), data governance, and operational performance goals.   
The Business Process Manager is responsible for prioritizing process improvement efforts, managing the program roadmap, and ensuring delivery of initiatives that improve cycle time, reduce cost, enhance data quality, and strengthen compliance.  
Beyond execution, the role helps build organizational capability by reinforcing process ownership, embedding governance disciplines, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Success in this role is defined by the ability to move from process documentation to sustained process adoption and measurable value realization across the enterprise. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities  
Leading Business Process Program - 60% of time 
- Program Delivery and Oversight 
- Manage the day-to-day execution of the enterprise business process program roadmap, Governance and KPIs 
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives 
- Track program milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables 
- Ensure consistent delivery of process initiatives across functions and business units 
- Map, analyze, and prioritize critical processes across all business functions, ensuring visibility of interdependencies and alignment with strategic objectives. 
- Process Governance and Standards 
- Support the implementation and ongoing operation of process governance frameworks 
- Maintain process documentation standards, templates, and lifecycle management processes 
- Facilitate governance forums (e.g., process councils, working groups) 
- Ensure process ownership is defined, understood, and actively engaged 
- Ensure process changes align with system capabilities and standards (e.g., clean core principles) 
- KPI Development and Performance Tracking 
- Define and maintain process performance metrics and KPIs 
- Monitor process performance trends and identify improvement opportunities 
- Support the creation of dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility 
- Ensure linkage between process performance and business outcomes (cost, cycle time, quality, etc.) 
- Track and report on realized and projected business value from process initiatives 
- Contribute to executive-level reporting on program ROI and outcomes 
- Change Management and Adoption 
- Partner with change management teams to drive process adoption and sustainment 
- Develop communication, training, and rollout plans for process changes including coaching process owners on best practices and framework 
- Reinforce accountability for process adherence across the organization 
- Support cultural adoption of process discipline and continuous improvement practices 
- Identify opportunities to scale process maturity across the organization 
- Tool and Technology Enablement 
- Support the selection, implementation, and usage of process management tools (e.g., process mapping, workflow, process mining) 
- Ensure tools are effectively used to support governance, visibility, and improvement 
- Maintain process repositories and ensure data integrity within tools 
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and simplification to reduce complexity and improve operational performance. 
Leading Business Process Improvement Projects - 40% of time 
- Process Improvement Delivery 
- Lead and facilitate process discovery, mapping, and redesign projects 
- Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities across key value streams (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay) 
- Drive current-state and future-state design aligned to business outcomes 
- Ensure improvements are actionable, measurable, and adopted by the business 
- Help reduce reliance on manual workarounds and shadow processes 
- Lead the development and documentation of end-to-end processes, including current-state and future-state designs, SOPs, best practices, and optimization roadmaps that enable scalability, efficiency, and compliance. 
- Leads the Operational Steering Committee Sprint Process, ensuring effective oversight, communication, and accountability to Senior Management. 
- Accountable for translating feature delivery into measurable business outcomes (cost, cycle, time, quality, etc.)  
Additional Duties and Responsibilities 
- Cross-Functional Collaboration 
- Partner with business leaders to align process initiatives with operational and strategic priorities. 
- Act as a liaison between functional teams to resolve process gaps, conflicts, and inconsistencies
- Support alignment between process design, system capabilities (e.g., SAP), and data governance
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.   

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies 
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant, progressive experience with a bachelor's degree, 11 years with a master's degree, or 6 years with a PhD, in areas such as process architecture, business process management, or enterprise transformation. 
- Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPM) strongly preferred. 
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP modules (such as S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). 
- Advanced proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Signavio, ARIS) and methodologies (BPMN, Lean Six Sigma). 
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, cultivate strategic relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a continuous improvement mindset; able to synthesize complex information and influence long-term business outcomes.  
- Expertise in change management and familiarity with agile project management and digital transformation frameworks. 
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences. 
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, remain composed under pressure, and adapt to changing circumstances while ensuring quality outcomes. 
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly. 
Base salary wage range: 111,987.20 - 149,323.20 per year
This salary wage rangeis exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also includeincentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses. Ifyou are hired at CROPP, your final base salary wage compensation will be determinedbased on factors such as skills, education, and/orexperience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity andconsider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any finaloffer. Please keep in mind that entry-level candidates to this role shouldexpect to be at the lower end of the salary wage range and hiring at the maximum of the salary wage rangeis not typical.
