Responsibilities

    • Overseesย staffing activities including scheduling, training, and daily work assignments toย maintainย appropriate coverageย and team performance.ย ย 
    • Ensuresย compliance with regulatory and safety standards (e.g., TJC), including conducting audits,ย maintainingย documentation, and supporting inspections.ย ย 
    • Managesย vendor and contractor relationships, including project coordination, bid processes, and monitoring performance for repairs, maintenance, and capital projects.ย ย 
    • Supportsย budget management by reviewing purchase requests, coordinating with vendors andย Purchasing, and ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals.ย ย
