• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to understand their history, current condition, and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on injury assessments and patient goals.
• Communicate evaluation results and explain the proposed treatment plan to patients and their families, actively involving them in the goal-setting process for treatment.
• Effectively execute treatment protocols aligned with best practices, utilizing evidence-based techniques suited to individual patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams by consulting with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and document notable changes in patient conditions that may necessitate adjustments to treatment plans.
• Facilitate timely discharge planning and efficient follow-up care, maintaining accurate patient records that reflect the entire course of treatment, including evaluations, daily notes, and discharge summaries.
• Manage your schedule proficiently, meeting productivity targets while ensuring a high level of patient care and engagement.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to raise awareness of our services and help eliminate barriers to patient access.
• Actively engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with industry advancements, including serving as a clinical instructor for students in training.
• Prioritize exceptional customer service and ensure patients have enjoyable experiences within our facility.

The patients we serve at Dynamic Bridgeway Physical Therapy encompass a diverse demographic, including those recovering from sports injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. • Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid physical therapy license to practice in the state of Florida is mandatory.
• Current CPR certification from an accredited organization, such as the American Heart Association.
• Two years of relevant experience in physical therapy is required for a deeper understanding of patient needs.

Ideal candidates will have experience working in an outpatient clinic setting, demonstrating proficiency in various assessment and treatment techniques.
