• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, risk assessments, and behavioral guidelines.
• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation, adhering to regulatory standards to maintain compliance across clinical practices.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team, ensuring that services provided are rooted in proven methodologies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans that cater to the needs of our clients.
• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care.
• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, fostering relationships with state agencies and community partners to enhance service delivery.
• Develop and maintain clear communication channels to ensure alignment with contract standards and to promote the mission of Metro West within the community.
• Establish connections with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program visibility and secure funding opportunities.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending relevant conferences, classes, and meetings to expand your expertise and represent our agency effectively.
• Uphold and promote the organization’s mission, values, and principles in all interactions and duties.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall goals of the clinic.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing emotional challenges, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Your expertise will directly impact the quality of life for individuals seeking recovery and stability, enabling them to engage with their communities effectively. Our approach is person-centered, focusing on the unique needs and backgrounds of each client.

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• An active and independent LMHC license is essential for this position.

While the minimal qualifications include a master’s degree and an LMHC license, we prefer candidates with experience in community mental health settings, crisis intervention, and therapeutic modalities. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and prior work within multidisciplinary teams will enhance the effectiveness of your contributions.
