Overview

Kingz Kimonos (kingz.com) is a leading Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu apparel and equipment brand known for quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service. As we launch our new Texas warehouse, we are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment.

Location: Irving, TX Warehouse
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $15-$17/hour (Depends on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare daily e-commerce orders.
  • Organize stock and maintain properly labeled inventory.
  • Receive, unload, and sort incoming inventory items appropriately.
  • Inspect products for defects, damages, and quality issues.
  • Examine incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy.
  • Check, verify, and fill customer invoices.
  • Assist in preparing and labeling Amazon FBA replenishment shipments.
  • Organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency and maintain cleanliness.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with periodic and annual inventory audits.
  • Abide by all company safety, hygiene, and OSHA-related regulations.
  • Contribute ideas for improving or optimizing warehouse procedures and workflows.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, pallet movement, and general warehouse duties.
  • Support logistics for tournaments, pop-up shops, and events as required.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven warehouse experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Working knowledge of basic computer systems for data entry and order processing.
  • Solid understanding of health, safety, and warehouse hygiene regulations.
  • Basic math and accurate record-keeping abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail with strong organizational habits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to occasionally work overtime as needed.
  • Knowledge of BJJ or martial arts is a plus, but not required.
