Lead Martial Arts Instructor & Program Manager

Are you a high-level martial artist with a passion for building a community and growing a business? We are looking for a Lead Instructor who is as sharp on the mats as they are in the office. This is not just a coaching gig—it is a leadership role with a direct path to management and business growth.

The Mission

You will lead our striking and BJJ programs while serving as the operational heartbeat of the gym. You’ll be responsible for the student experience from the first "hello" to their first belt promotion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elite Instruction: Lead high-energy Striking and BJJ classes for both adults and children, ensuring technical excellence and safety.
  • Sales & Growth: Handle new lead inquiries, conduct intro lessons, and sign up new members to hit growth targets.
  • Business Operations: Manage daily administrative tasks, including billing, attendance tracking, and client communications.
  • Management & HR: Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling assistant instructors to maintain a high standard of coaching.
  • Client Success: Proactively manage member relations, handle concerns, and foster a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

  • Martial Arts Expertise: Advanced rank (Purple Belt+ preferred) in BJJ and a strong background in striking (Muay Thai, Kickboxing, or MMA).
