JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Orchestration Manager plays a critical role in planning, coordinating, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This position serves as the central connector between marketing strategy, creative development, Media, Digital, Social, CRM, PR, CRO, Web, Trade and other cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns launch seamlessly and deliver measurable business results.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker, exceptional organizer, and collaborative leader. You excel at managing multiple priorities, translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans, and ensuring every campaign is executed with excellence.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the planning, orchestration, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Media, Social, PR, Digital, CRO, Web, CRM, Partnerships, Trade.
  • Review media plans and collaborate with the Marketing Team to determine campaign priorities, messaging, and creative requirements.
  • Develop clear creative briefs and oversee the end-to-end creative delivery process, ensuring assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, creative direction, and customer experience across all marketing channels.
  • Own the execution of promotional campaigns, including sale naming, offer development, cost modeling, launch coordination, and post-campaign performance analysis.
  • Partner closely with the CRO and Web teams to prioritize and deliver website enhancements that improve campaign performance, customer experience, and conversion. Translate campaign objectives into web requirements and manage the briefing process through implementation.
  • Manage key marketing initiatives, including direct mail programs, gift card campaigns, and other strategic projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing calendars, campaign timelines, launch meetings, and operational reviews to ensure organizational alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, workflow efficiencies, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Track campaign execution and performance, providing recommendations to optimize future marketing initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the Marketing Specialist, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

Qualifications include:
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategy and omnichannel campaign orchestration.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance brand objectives and business performance.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience developing creative briefs and collaborating with creative teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence and build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
EXPERIENCE:

Outlined below are the academic qualifications and length and type of experience deemed necessary by Unique Vacations Inc. in order to perform the role of Marketing Orchestration Manager competently.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: A minimum of 4 or more years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, campaign management, or advertising.
