  • Respond to sourcing needs to provide resources and support for project managers in properties.

  • Manage and be responsible for supplier performance, including defining KPIs, monitoring delivery, quality, service levels, and compliance against contractual standards, and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and be responsible for the Preferred Vendor Program administration, including maintaining the preferred vendor list, pricing databases, published materials, and ensuring vendors meet program standards.
  • Manage and be responsible for contract management, including drafting, reviewing, tracking, renewing, and archiving supplier contracts and agreements, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of strategic sourcing processes, procedures, and contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience in supplier management, supplier registration, performance management, preferred vendor programs, and contract management.
  • Understanding of product development, processes, and related functions (Purchasing, Marketing, and Distribution).
  • Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives at once.
  • Must have highly developed communication and relationship skills, with the ability to work closely with category teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Must be detail-oriented and extremely skilled at managing financial data.
  • Must be able to work effectively with minimal oversight.
  • Builds and manages strong relationships with multiple competing suppliers, optimizing performance within category segments.

  • A demonstrated understanding of hospitality procurement and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture strong partnerships across different constituencies, including internal stakeholders and suppliers.
