The ALL NEW C,D,J,R,F Dealership in Morehead City is seeking a detaildriven, organized, and experienced Automotive Office Manager with a strong background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Title Work. This is a key role responsible for keeping the dealershipโ€™s administrative processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with accuracy and timeliness

  • Maintain compliance with dealership, manufacturer, and state requirements

  • Support payroll processing and HR documentation

  • Handle title work and deal jackets

  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record retention

  • Provide support to the office staff

  • Proven experience in AP/AR and Title Work, preferably in an automotive dealership
