Fairport, NY is the headquarters for the Radionix LLC sales organization in the United States and serves as the primary site for research and development, engineering, quality and product management for intrusion detection systems, including state-of-the-art sensors, control panels, communicators and more.

This role is a hybrid position at our Fairport, NY office.

Job Description

In this position, you will support the Chief Product Officer within the Radionix Access and Intrusion Business to establish the strategy, align the organization and deliver a global product roadmap.

You will lead cross-functional teams involving Product, Sales and Engineering to establish market requirements, partnering strategies, product requirements and deliver comprehensive solutions that leverage wired and wireless device technology.

This role requires an analytical business mindset coupled with experience in Internet of Things (IOT) product technology. You will collaborate with industry partners, trade associations, standards organizations and, of course, our product development teams.

The Senior Product Manager works with product development teams, regional marketing and sales and supplier partners to deliver ecosystem solutions that our customers and channel partners value. Key ownership areas include:

  • Transforming strategy into executable product roadmaps.
  • Organizing new product development.
  • Driving product launch readiness.
  • Product end of life processes.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Product management experience min 3yrs preferred.
  • Excellent listening skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ideally experienced in managing portfolio in past within regulated industry, e.g. Security Products industry.
  • A technical understanding of Intrusion Control Panels, their attached devices and the software that defines this ecosystem.
  • Technical undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Experienced in presenting to customers and all levels of management.
  • Experienced in product management process including market segmentation, customer engagement and defining requirements.
Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this role is $150,000-$185,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
