About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Application Systems Analyst Programmer to support a large-scale enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) integration initiative within a Medical Center. This effort focuses on consolidating multiple LMS platforms into a unified system and enabling seamless data integration across HR, identity management, reporting, and clinical systems.
This role is part of a broader healthcare technology transformation tied to a major electronic medical system rollout targeted for 2028, with LMS integration milestones through 2027.
What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between LMS, HR, and enterprise systems
  • Build and support APIs (REST and web services) for real-time and batch data exchange
  • Develop and manage ETL workflows using Informatica (PowerCenter or IICS)
  • Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation across systems
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Support system integration testing (SIT/UAT), including debugging and issue resolution
  • Troubleshoot integration and data flow issues across enterprise platforms
  • Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and integration standards
  • Maintain documentation for system integrations and dependencies
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in application development, systems integration, or data engineering
  • Experience building APIs (REST and/or web services)
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica (PowerCenter or IICS)
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation
  • Experience supporting full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience troubleshooting integration and data issues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors)
  • Experience integrating LMS with HR systems and enterprise applications
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG)
  • Experience with identity and access management (Okta, Azure AD, SSO, SCIM)
  • Experience with Epic or clinical systems integration
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven training and access workflows
