Job Summary:

The Ticketing Application Developer II will focus on architecting ticketing and provisioning systems to enhance the Customer Experience Operations, ensuring efficient routing of customer requests and optimizing internal processes.
Responsibilities:
• Architected ticketing applications and internal domains that ensure high-speed resolution, automated user provisioning, and optimized routing logic
• High-performance data extraction workflows across relational and non-relational databases to support real-time operational visibility
• Innovative case management enhancements that directly support CXO department OKRs for system reliability and response time reduction
• Comprehensive technical documentation of ticketing flows, database schemas, and automation logic to facilitate team scalability
• Modernized deployment pipelines that utilize automated build and test cycles to improve the stability of interface enhancements
• AI-driven automation strategies, such as intelligent ticket classification or sentiment-based routing, to increase overall operational efficiency
Qualifications:
Required:
• Advanced proficiency in Python and JavaScript to design and maintain sophisticated automation scripts and application logic
• Strategic expertise in API management, encompassing the design, versioning, and secure deployment of internal service interfaces
• Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and AWS Athena to facilitate complex data interpretation and relational database management
