What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing software development lifecycles, application support models, and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong technical acumen in modern development frameworks, system integrations, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), and DevOps tools.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development and the ability to lead teams adopting AI tools and workflows.
  • Expertise with Agile delivery and building consistent engineering standards, processes, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution in a fast-paced financial services environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage risk and prioritize effectively.
