Eric von Schledorn Ford is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Parts Manager to join our growing team at our dealership in Random Lake, WI. Position Overview:
As Assistant Parts Manager, you will support the Parts Manager in overseeing daily operations of the parts department. This role is critical in ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our technicians, customers, and wholesale accounts while maintaining strong inventory accuracy and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing parts inventory, ordering, and stock levels
  • Support team members with customer and technician parts requests
  • Process warranty claims, returns, and special orders
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
  • Contribute to achieving department sales and profit goals
  • Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally
  • Utilize dealership management systems and Ford-specific tools

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in automotive parts (dealership experience preferred)
