Compensation: $50.38 - $52.48 per hour, W2, based on qualifications Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST Requirements: Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) configuration and implementation. Minimum 5โ€“6 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience. Preference for candidates with 3โ€“4 full-cycle Employee Central implementations. Solid solution architecture and configuration knowledge within Employee Central. Hands-on experience with: Foundation Object configuration Position Management configuration Business Rules configuration MDF (Metadata Framework) Workflow configuration Role-Based Permissions (RBP) Desired Skills: Experience with Intelligent Services Center (ISC). Strong understanding of Employee Central data structures, organizational hierarchies, and HR processes. Ability to provide guidance as a senior-level EC configurator and support implementation/design discussions.
