The Last Mile Delivery team is looking for a Senior Program Manager in Middle Mile Planning to plan and enable package paths from fulfillment centers and sort centers to last mile delivery stations across rural parts of North America.

We are expanding delivery service to enhance the customer experience in communities which we don't currently serve.
The Supply chain manager role will be diving deep into data while simultaneously thinking big, building long-term strategic designs that optimize for cost, coverage, speed, and, most importantly, Customer experience. The candidate will communicate these designs and strategic visions to leadership across retail, transportation operations, technology teams, and senior leadership.
Leader: Define, enable and execute planning solutions in a rapidly expanding program while developing and testing new strategies through coordination with cross-functional teams (tech, GTS, launch, NASC planning, TESS and Ops).
Doer: Propose, evaluate and drive projects managing all stages through E2E ownership to improve cost and customer experience.
Influencer: Obsess over internal stakeholders and end customers to drive mindful decisions and build connection solutions that improve quality and cost. Advocate for and insist partnering teams seek customer centric solutions that meet or exceed standards for all customers.
Problem Solver: Exhibit curiosity in understanding and remove hurdles to attainment

Take ownership to perform in-depth, cross-functional when required, deep dives to enable improvement and successful deliverables.
Results Driven: Deliver results to meet program's goal across all packages types and delivery modes through proper planning and prioritization between short-term vs. long-term needs for the program's success.

- Provide execution guidance basing on topology planning
- Drive network design discussions and proactively seek out stakeholder buy in and alignment from upstream and downstream partners.
- Influences external teams to align with program goals and capabilities, to deliver optimal solves that eliminate tech or non-tech blockers for the network.
- Ideate and unleash all potential solutions and prioritize hose implementations to optimize for quality, speed and cost to drive network efficiencies.
- Lead and solve daily operational issues with various stakeholders and further coordinate with tech/product teams to enable tech/product enhancements.
- Travel domestically up to 25%.
