As a Program Manager II in Amazon's Last Mile Science and Analytics team, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing e-commerce delivery. Your role is pivotal in optimizing the final and most critical phase of our vast logistics network. Responsibilities:
Drive the product vision and strategy for last mile delivery optimization tools
Collaborate with data scientists to translate complex algorithms into user-friendly products
Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders across Amazon's global operations
Work closely with engineering teams to develop and launch new features and products
Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to guide continuous improvement
Create and maintain product roadmaps, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals
Communicate product updates and value propositions to internal teams and leadership
