Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. Business Analyst coupled with project management skillset to manage change the bank book of work
2. Experience in Capital Markets preferably in Investment Banking or Wealth Management would be ideal
3. Understanding of F2B (Trading, corporate actions, Settlements and recon) would be an added advantage to interact with business users
4. Very good understanding of Agile methodology.
5. Project Management and Test Management.
6. Analyzing Business, Functional and Non-functional Requirements.
7. Translating High Level Business Goals into detailed, clear and comprehensive business requirements document.
8. Documenting Artefacts like BRDs, User Stories, Business/Process Workflows, Gap Assessment and Risk Assessment.
9. Work closely with stakeholders like Product Owners, Application Owners, Technology, Operations and Cross Functional Teams to identify, analyse and document business problems, opportunities and roadmap.
10. Project Planning, Test Strategy and Test Estimation
11. Hands on experience in Jira, Powerpoint, excel and BI tools like tableau or PowerBI or Alteryx or Qlikview
12. GenAI application using Co-Pilot (good to have)
13. Work experience with large banks like JPMC, Morgan Stanley, GS, Charles Schwab, BoFA, UBS would be ideal
