Job description


At Cantor Fitzgerald, we are seeking a dedicated Equity & Partnership Administrator to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville. As a key member of the Equity & Partnership team, you will play a vital role in supporting data management, reporting, process documentation, communications, and participant servicing. Your contributions will ensure operational accuracy and consistency, while also helping to enhance overall team efficiency. Working closely with the team, you will maintain core processes and deliverables, track deadlines, and assist with basic data analysis. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Initiate workflow processing for key transactions.
  • Support data entry, validation, and maintenance across equity and partnership systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of recurring and ad-hoc reports.
  • Conduct basic data analysis to identify discrepancies or trends.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and workflow status to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support process improvement efforts by identifying administrative efficiencies and helping implement enhancements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency across administrative activities.
  • Help manage shared mailboxes, dashboards, and tracking tools.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support overall team operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong attention to detail, with a friendly professional demeanor and excellent team-oriented skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is a must.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a similar administrative or support role is preferred but not required.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A passion for financial services and a desire to contribute to a leading global firm.
