Job description

Western Mutual Insurance Group is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow our Affinity distribution channel through the EZAffinity platform. This role will focus on building relationships with mortgage and real estate professionals, improving partner engagement and production, and helping establish scalable workflows and operational processes to support long-term channel growth. This is a hybrid role that combines account management, business development, CRM coordination, and operational support.

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing relationships while also helping improve the systems and processes that support partner onboarding, communication, engagement, and production. The position will initially focus heavily on strengthening the operational foundation of the Affinity program, including CRM workflow management, partner engagement processes, follow-up structure, and coordination between internal systems. As the channel continues to grow, the role is expected to expand further into partner development, production growth initiatives, process leadership, and broader operational responsibility within the Affinity channel.

This position offers long-term growth potential for candidates interested in helping build and scale a developing distribution channel.
