Job Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Social Media is responsible for leading and executing Acrisure's corporate and executive social media strategy. This role owns the day-to-day management of the company's social media presence across all corporate channels and executive platforms, ensuring a consistent, compelling, and engaging brand narrative that strengthens reputation, increases visibility, and drives audience engagement.
This position serves as the central hub for enterprise social media strategy, content planning, publishing, community engagement, executive social visibility, and real-time communications. The Senior Manager partners closely with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Executive Leadership, Investor Relations, Internal Communications, and business stakeholders to identify and elevate stories that advance Acrisure's strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller, digitally savvy communicator, and social media expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of brand reputation, executive communications, audience engagement, and emerging digital trends.
Responsibilities
Corporate Social Media Strategy & Management
  • Own and manage Acrisure's corporate social media channels, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, brand standards, and communications objectives.

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, thought leadership, and audience growth.

  • Create and maintain integrated editorial calendars that support business priorities, key announcements, events, thought leadership, and marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure social content reflects a consistent brand voice and supports Acrisure's overarching narrative.

Executive Social Presence
  • Lead social media strategy and content execution for select executive leaders.

  • Develop social content, thought leadership posts, and executive narratives that position leaders as industry voices and strengthen corporate visibility.

  • Partner directly with executive stakeholders to identify content opportunities and maximize engagement with key audiences.

  • Provide social media guidance, best practices, and coaching to senior leaders.

Content Development & Storytelling
  • Translate complex business initiatives, company announcements, industry trends, and leadership perspectives into compelling social content.

  • Create and curate content across multiple formats, including written posts, video, graphics, employee stories, executive commentary, and real-time event coverage.

  • Partner with creative, marketing, and communications teams to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned visual and written content.

Community Engagement & Reputation Management
  • Monitor social channels and audience sentiment to identify engagement opportunities, emerging trends, and reputational risks.

  • Manage community engagement, responding appropriately to comments, questions, and discussions while maintaining the company's voice and reputation.

  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Legal teams on content review and issue escalation protocols when necessary.

  • Support crisis and issues communications efforts across digital channels.

Analytics & Performance Optimization
  • Establish key performance indicators and reporting metrics for corporate and executive social channels.

  • Analyze audience engagement, content performance, reach, and channel effectiveness to inform future strategies.

  • Utilize insights and data to continuously improve content quality, audience targeting, and channel performance.

  • Deliver regular reporting and recommendations to communications and executive leadership.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Investor Relations, Human Resources, Events, and business unit leaders to align social media activity with enterprise initiatives.

  • Identify and elevate stories across the organization that reinforce Acrisure's culture, innovation, growth strategy, and market leadership.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for social media trends, platform changes, and emerging digital opportunities.

  • Establish governance, best practices, and standards for corporate and executive social media activity.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in social media, corporate communications, public relations, digital marketing, or executive communications.

  • Experience managing enterprise-level social media channels and executive social media presence.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and translating business priorities into engaging content.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in a highly matrixed, global, or high-growth organization.

  • Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership teams.

  • Familiarity with social media management, listening, and analytics platforms.
