Job description

This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: Ability to manage multiple jobs. Build and maintain a strong relationship with current and potential clients to ensure services are being met and exceeding their expectations.

Work on projects from conceptual to close-out. Attend preconstruction and BIM coordination meetings with owners and General Contractors Coordinate with building owners, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, superintendents, and internal Sr-leadership/Project Management team. Manage schedules, budgets, change-orders, submit RFI's.

Build effective, profitable winning bids for upcoming projects. Requirements: Title 24 and OSHPD knowledge. 4+ years of Project Management field experience working on large commercial plumbing projects: schools, hospitals, airports, high-rises, hotels, stadiums, data centers, commercial buildings, among others.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or similar. Strong technical skillset working with BlueBeam, MS Project, Excel, and Quickpen/Accubid among others are a plus
