Job description

Job Description Account Manager / Project Manager We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Project Manager to lead client delivery for a portfolio of enterprise technology brands. This hands‐on role is ideal for someone who can build strong client partnerships while ensuring projects stay organized, teams remain aligned, and new opportunities are identified and advanced. You will serve as a trusted day‐to‐day contact for assigned accounts, balancing client service, account growth, and project execution. Success in this role requires sound judgment, clear communication, strong operational discipline, and the ability to manage changing priorities across multiple workstreams. What You'll Do Lead daily client communications, meetings, and relationship management for assigned accounts. Manage project plans, schedules, deliverables, budgets, scope, approvals, dependencies, and risks. Coordinate cross-functional partners across strategy, creative, marketing, operations, and account teams. Provide concise status reporting, maintain action logs, and proactively escape issues that could affect delivery. Help protect and strengthen existing client relationships through reliable execution and thoughtful service. Recognize opportunities to expand account activity and collaborate on proposals, next steps, and growth plans. Provide direct project management support for new initiatives and lower‐complexity engagements as needed. Adjust the balance between account leadership and project delivery as portfolio needs evolve. A demonstrated ability to manage several client relationships and cross‐functional projects independently. Polished client communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders. Strong project management fundamentals, including timeline development, scope management, risk mitigation, and follow‐through. Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and help advance opportunities for account growth. Comfort operating in a fast‐paced environment with shifting priorities, changing resourcing needs, and evolving client expectations. Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint. Required Qualifications At least 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, creative, integrated, or digital agency environments. Proven experience owning client relationships while personally managing project delivery without dedicated project management support. Based in the United States and able to collaborate effectively across Pacific and Eastern time zones. Available to begin promptly and commit to the engagement through December2026. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting B2B, technology, or enterprise‐focused clients. Familiarity with developer marketing, technical audiences, or complex product ecosystems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
