The Marketplace Account Management team drives category growth, seller success, and operational excellence through strategic account management and scalable solutions. Collaborating across functions, the team develops engagement strategies to enhance seller participation and builds strong partnerships with internal stakeholders. Using data-driven insights, it monitors key business metrics and supports high-volume sellers. Leading a team of associates, the group fosters continuous improvement and operational efficiency to meet business goals and strengthen marketplace impact.
