You will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of high‑performing Account Executives focused on growing existing client relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand Flexport's services within key client portfolios.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Account Management, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless client experiences and strategic alignment.

You should have:
