About the Role:
Patriot Communities is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Property Management professional to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and growing a thriving manufactured housing residential community while delivering an exceptional experience for residents every day.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day property operations to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming community environment
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders, ensuring timely completion by vendors and maintenance staff
  • Manage lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes in accordance with company policies
  • Collect and record rent payments, monitor delinquencies, and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with community standards
  • Assist with marketing efforts to minimize vacancies and attract qualified residents
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in property management, leasing, or real estate preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced property management environment
  • Proficiency with property management software and basic computer applications
