JOB TITLE Commercial Servicing Associate - Trainee DEPARTMENT Loan Administration
(0 thru 12 months)
DUTIES:
Process new loans by entering required information into the core system and associated applications by using appropriate loan documentation including verifying information on applicable documents.
Perform maintenance on assigned accounts relative to all commercial loan products including but not limited to modifications, payment corrections, processing loan fees, payoffs, payments and advances.
Research and correct servicing errors.
Research and correct un-posted items.
Prepare new loans and maintenance for Imaging and Indexing by following applicable procedures.
Maintain reports and process information relative to pool loans.
Calculate payoffs and interest calculations.
Act as back-up to other Commercial Servicing Associates.
Assist CSR's during peak periods and vacations and other periods of absence.
Assist in maintaining and monitoring financial information, risk management and compliance ticklers/ fields including adding and updating tracking, generating letters and reports, and responding to inquiries.
Prepare various reports.
Respond to internal/external customer inquiries.
Assist in research and communication with software vendors to resolve servicing issues relating to system functionality.
Train under close supervision by experienced Customer Serving Associates and management in obtaining a background in commercial loan products.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
