The Management Trainee role focuses on developing future managers through rotational training and exposure to various departments. In contrast, a Sales Executive primarily concentrates on generating sales, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets. While both roles may require a bachelor's degree, Management Trainees often undergo structured training programs, whereas Sales Executives focus on sales performance. What types of projects and responsibilities can a Management Trainee expect during their rotational program?

Management Trainees typically participate in a structured rotational program, which means they will work in several departments such as operations, sales, human resources, and finance.
