We're seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with customers in manufacturing, construction, industrial, mining, OEM, MRO, and related industries.

What You'll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to your customers by helping them find the right products, providing timely quotations, managing orders, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and urgency.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products and solutions that support their operations.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and proactively follow up to win business.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Operations, and Outside Sales to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Expedite customer orders and communicate updates on order status, availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell, upsell, and generate additional sales.
  • Support Outside Sales by identifying new business opportunities and qualified sales leads.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order information within our ERP system.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly while delivering outstanding service.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, sales support, or industrial distribution.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial supply, fasteners, construction, MRO, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fluid power, welding, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems or business software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for helping customers succeed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with industrial products, fasteners, or manufacturing components.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain processes.
  • Experience reading customer specifications or technical product information.
  • Previous experience supporting Outside Sales teams.
