We are now accepting applications for a Treasury Management Sales Manager to join our team. Position is located at our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV and is fully in office.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the treasury management sales activities of the department, including the development of new treasury management business, expansion of existing business relationships and the servicing of clients in the commercial, gaming, real estate and business banking segments.
  • Functions as the liaison with enterprise treasury management and servicing groups on organizational initiatives.
  • Demonstrate leadership, coach and develop a high performing sales team and hold them accountable to performance plans.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of treasury management products, services and industry trends. 
  • Manage and report on sales pipelines, client transactions, and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and risk management practices throughout the sales cycle.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 6 years of treasury management processes, products and services, sales or other directly related experience and typically requires a bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field.
  • Management experience required.
  • Requires considerable working knowledge of treasury management processes and services, cash management products, sales and servicing techniques.
  • Must have strong leadership, analysis, communication, customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage sales employees to meet organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Exhibits an exceptional degree of strategic thinking and ability to drive business results. 
  • Strong presentation and proposal development skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
