THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Butler Coordinator at The Mansions to answer all incoming calls for the purpose of taking food and beverage orders, and to assist the Butler Manager administratively.
THE STARTING RATE: $21.5012 USD Hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience answering incoming calls for the purpose of taking food and beverage orders and answer questions for guests using appropriate and approved verbiage; input all orders into P.O.S. system
  • Ensure suppliers are available in-service area
  • Maintain knowledge of entire menu, proper food presentation, and wine selection for upselling of all items, including all F&B outlets
  • Advise guest of time for delivery and assist guests if they need expedited service due to an emergency
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with other food service employees, such as food servers, runners, bus persons, and help to set up orders, etc.
  • Follow strict departmental Standard Operating Procedures, while projecting a warm, friendly, and caring attitude
  • Maintain all sanitation and safety standards; keep track of Butler and appointed Assistant Butler location to help guests receive efficient service

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in the following required:
