  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of project data across multiple systems and project environments.
  • Support system integrations between Procore and other enterprise applications, including scheduling, financial, and document management platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.
  • Prepare system documentation, user guides, procedures, and training materials.
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing, implementation activities, and change management initiatives.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues impacting project operations.

  • Advanced experience configuring Procore for large-scale construction or infrastructure programs.
  • Experience with PMIS integrations involving ERP, scheduling, cost management, or document management systems.
  • Experience developing dashboards, business intelligence reports, and automated reporting solutions.
  • Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle management and project controls practices.
  • Experience leading PMIS implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Professional certifications related to Procore, project management, construction management, or information systems administration.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information
