Job description

About the role:

The Talent Development team is looking for an analytical, tech-savvy, and highly organized Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage our department's cyclical processes, administrative systems, and learning knowledge base. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our employee engagement, compliance, performance initiatives, and content libraries run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for someone who can leverage AI tools and software to find efficiencies, provide deeper analysis of our talent data, and ensure our employees have seamless access to the knowledge they need. This role will report to the Sr. Talent Development Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Curate our Talent Development content by managing internal wikis (Confluence), team folders, and LMS content (Seismic Learning) so team members can easily find what they need.
  • Lead regular documentation and permission audits to ensure training materials, resources, and process guides are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to the appropriate audiences.
  • Lead the end-to-end administration of our regular pulse surveys (CultureAmp), including scheduling, launching, and initial analysis.
  • Coordinate our bi-annual deep-dive surveys, managing stakeholder communications and reporting.
  • Partner with our internal Compliance team to manage the configuration, administration, and tracking of annual compliance training.
  • Provide administrative support for the launch of mid-year reviews, and year-end performance cycles within our HRIS (Workday).
  • Support the Orientation and Onboarding process, acting as a point of contact for new hires and ensuring a seamless transition into the company.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, knowledge management, or project coordination role.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of work.
  • Experienced in organizing, updating, and maintaining digital content across platforms such as wikis, LMS, or CMS tools.
  • Able to manage shifting priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with stakeholders across teams and levels.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and tools, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.
  • Highly proficient in utilizing AI applications to streamline repetitive workflows, conduct fundamental data analytics, and compose professional communications.

Compensation:

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $64,000 to $78,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
