Sanford, NC (On-Site) • Full-Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our Sanford office. You will be the daily point of contact for residents, homeowners, and vendors in a fast-paced environment. This role does not require a real estate license - just professionalism, communication skills, and a willingness to learn. 

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with homeowners, tenants, and vendors via phone, email, and in person
  • Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, lease documentation, and property inspections
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
  • Support property managers with administrative duties
  • Respond to resident questions and help resolve issues quickly and professionally
